As if Mat Zo couldn’t get any more awesome – he stunned us all again and did just that. Following up on his promise to bring free downloads to the world, the London-based producer has now teamed up for a collaboration featuring Ben Ruttner and James Patterson of The Knocks. The new, somewhat dubious single titled “Get Down 2 Get Up” is a funky spin on electro blending in a layer of groove and disco that only Mat Zo could do. Not only is the collaboration awesome, but it further exemplifies Zo’s abilities as an artist and producer undefined to one genre, really the best of all worlds. We’re really digging this track so much that we think it will get everyone off their feet, even your boring friend Andy that has played just about every Alesso track all night long.
