Joonas Hahmo – “Gold Rush” – BUY
I’m sure many of you readers may know this feeling, but every once in a while you hear something that you’ve got to have. Recently, one of those tracks for us has been this gem: “Gold Rush” from Finnish producer Joonas Hahmo. Blasted all over radio shows worldwide, it’s needless to say this that this song rocks. Joonas’ new EP was just released this week onto own label: Hahmo Recordings. The new track boasts a contemporary trance sound featuring mesmerizing builds and breakdowns that we can’t get enough of. But why “Gold Rush?” Joonas recently posted publicly on his own Facebook page: “Some of you may be wondering, why the name Gold Rush. Well that’s exactly how I see the EDM scene right now. Everybody is rushing out to grab their share of the gold. For me music was never about the money, so I don’t feel like joining .” If we have one word to say after that: Boss – just check out the song.
