When Calvin Harris‘ sound first emerged into the scene years ago, it was something totally unique – unlike anything on the market. Today we’re sharing that original sound completely re-invented: enter Alex H. An artist in his own right, Alex H. has dropped this bootleg (for free download on soundcloud) and it sounds so delicious. The re-work from Alex features a progressive piano-constructed melody that breaks down into that familiar Calvin sound, except it sounds even better. We can’t stop listening to the signature fluid and authentically progressive sound Alex H. has come to be known for and we’re stoked to share this new bootleg from the producer down under. He’s certainly on our 2014 to-watch list and be sure to also check out his remix of Porter Robinson’s “Language” too, another great progressive retake.
