In a sea of young producers, it’s often hard to separate the noise from the talent. AWD with no doubt falls in the later of that category proving himself breakthrough after breakthrough. We’ve covered the UK-based producer for quite some time now and there’s one thing evident here: he’s got loads talent and importantly dedication. Most recently he released two tracks onto Enhanced called “New Memories” and “Freedom”, both of which have gained loads of airplay from Armin‘s ASOT to Mike Shiver‘s Captured Radio. The first track “New Memories” features an AWD signature choppy bassline buildup, all leading up to an uplifting padded melody topped off with sensual keys. The second track “Freedom” takes a modern spin on trance, bolstering a catchy hook leading right into a power-trance rhythm that grabs the senses without letting go. Both of these tracks from AWD are beautifully detailed and a production quality second to none.
